Matlab Code

 >>Matlab Code<<

  • This is an implementation of the stimuli described in [1], [2] and [3]. It involves techniques that have been proposed previously, in particluar a modified version of the spectro-temporal receptive field (STRF) estimation method described in [3].
  • There are neural datasets available here  that can be used with this software.
  • The Code has been developed and tested on linux with matlab 7.9.0.529 (R2009b) with many available toolboxes (image processing, signal processing, statistics etc.). No gurantee is given that it runs on different versions. This is research code, so no maintainance is provided.
  • Further information is provided upon request.
